In today’s video, I am making an easy version of Beef and Noodles.  If you have ever had Beef and Noodles, you know it has such a great taste.  With this recipe, we are keeping that great taste but turning it into an easy and quick meal for a weeknight.  This is for one of those days you just don’t have a lot of time to cook, but want a good meal.  Just add a salad and some bread and you are ready to go.  I hope you like this as much as I do.
