Easy Mini Pancake Muffin Dippers | Blueberry | Chocolate Chip | The Southern Mountain Kitchen

In this video, I am making Made From Scratch Mini Pancake Muffin Dippers.  This is one of the easiest recipes I ever made.  It was born from my buttermilk pancake mix.  I wanted a way to make a variety of muffins, that could be used as breakfast, brunch, or a snack.  So, I mixed up the batter and divided it between chocolate chips, blueberries, and plain.  What I ended up with were great muffins that were small and could be dipped in syrup.  Three muffins in one mix, you can’t beat that.  I hope you enjoy these, as much I do.
