In today’s video, I am making a Ground Beef Stuffed Pepper Skillet.  This recipe has all the flavor of traditional Stuffed Bell Peppers, without a lot of the work.  If you love beef, peppers, and rice, this is the dish for you.  The best part of making this is, it is big enough to feed a family on a budget   I hope you love these as much as I do.
