In today’s video, I am making Homemade Stuffed Bell Peppers. This recipe is as old-school southern and mountain as you could get. When I was growing up, these were made all the time. They have a great flavor to them with the tomatoes, beef, and rice…as well as the peppers. I have tried to make this recipe as simple as it can be, and still have it packed with amazing flavor.
