In today’s video, I am making a classic slow-roasted Roast Beef and using the drippings to make a homemade Gravy. This is such a great meal and not hard to make, but I think a lot of people are intimidated by the time it takes to cook. In this video, I will show you how to, not only make this easily, but also, make the gravy and have a wonderful meal. If you love roast beef, this is for you.
