In today’s video, I will be making a Made from Scratch Strawberry Soda Pop Cake. This cake is so light and filled with strawberry flavor. There is just nothing like it. My mom used to make these when I was growing up on the mountain. In this recipe, I have changed a few ingredients, to make this more like a cake from a bakery. The toping is light and delicious. All this, mixed with strawberries…it just doesn’t get any better. You have to give this one a try. I hope you like this as much as I do.
