In this video, I am making my Southern Style Pork Chops with Gravy.  Most people like Pork Chops, but not everyone likes them plain.  This version is served with southern gravy.  The flavor is raised to a new level, with this simple gravy added on top.  I hope you will like these; they are like an old school comfort food.  I hope you like this as much as I do.
