In this video, I am making a French Onion, Ground Beef, Peppers & Rice One Skillet Meal.  I had no idea when I was creating this recipe that it would have such an amazing taste.  This has to be one of my favorite things I have ever cooked.  Being it is a skillet meal, there is plenty here to feed a family.  This is definitely a great budget meal.  I hope you like this as much as I do.
