There are all kinds of comfort foods in the world, and Sloppy Joes are one of them.  In this video, I am reinventing the Sloppy Joe with the makings of a Philly Cheesesteak.  These sandwiches are filled with mushrooms, peppers, beef and cheese.  Even better, you can warm this up the next day for lunch or whatever.  I hope you like these as much as I do.
