In this video, I am making Southern Fried Chicken Gizzards.  This is one of those dishes that you know you have heard of, but have not tried.  When made properly, chicken gizzards can be a tasty and inexpensive meal.  How many other meals can you make for less than 4.00?  If you haven’t tried these, then maybe it is time.  This is definitely a budget meal, and if made right, a great one.   I hope you like this as much as I do.
