In this video, I am making my version of homemade Southern Fried Crispy Chicken.  I know frying chicken can be intimidating for someone who has never done it before.  In this video, I will guide you through the process.  It’s really not as hard as you think, as long as you follow the instructions I give.  In the end, you will have great tasting chicken and at a fraction of what KFC charges.  I hope you enjoy this, as much I do.
