There is nothing more classic or old school as meatloaf.  This timeless meal is perfect when you are on a budget, and let’s face it, everyone is on a budget these days.  This recipe even has a built-in way to stretch your meal.  So here you have it, a recipe that is easy and makes an impressive meal, when served with vegetables and dinner rolls.
